Chicken Run Dawn of the Nuggets” Trailer Reveals First Voices of Recast Protagonists

Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming “Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget,” revealing that the diabolical Mrs. Tweedy will return as the main villain in the stop-motion sequel.

This is the first time most of us have heard of the main character recast, and it's a good thing, because it's the first time we've heard of the main character recast.

Mrs. Tweedy will be voiced by Miranda Richardson. Along with the news of Richardson's appearance, it was announced that British actor Peter Serafinowicz will also voice the character.

Aardman Animations' latest film, a sequel to the modern classic “Chicken Run” (2000), will have its world premiere at the BFI London Film Festival next month on October 14, followed by a December 15 release on the same platform.
