Cineverse Acquires U.S. Rights to Chinese Feature Film “The Warrior King” and Releases English Trailer

Streaming and distribution company Cineverse (formerly Cinedigm) has acquired U.S. rights to the Chinese animated epic “Warrior King” and released an English trailer. The company will release the film theatrically on August 25.

The acquisition continues a recent trend of Chinese animated films being distributed theatrically in the United States. With the recent influx of Japanese films that have been making huge box office receipts in North America, the same may be happening with Chinese animated films -
