Hasbro sells its film & TV business to Lionsgate for Li500M, but maintains a children's brand including -Peppa Pig,マ My Little Pony-

40 years after buying Entertainment One (eOne) for44 billion, toy maker Hasbro is selling the company's film and television business to Lionsgate for55 billion, but will retain control of a number of its largest Ips.
