Cartoon Network, Baltimore-based Outlook Inc. establish incubator for people of low social status

Cartoon Network Studios is partnering with Outlook Company on Neru Projects, a new content development initiative to discover emerging artists and storytellers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Outlook's Price said in a statement, "This is a great way for Baltimore artists to have their work seen and considered and receive feedback on their professional animation content. This is an invaluable experience as we currently have six professional and credible animation programmers in the area."
